Initial Consultation
This is the first visit to Chiro Instinct at our clinic in Timaru. We use this session to find out what is going on with your body and to determine if chiropractic care is right for you.
This includes conducting a thorough and comprehensive health history and physical assessment in order to have a deeper understanding about your body, your health and your goals.
This visit takes approximately thirty minutes.
Report of Findings
After reviewing all the information gathered from the initial consultation, we will explain what it all means. During your second visit we will discuss how we can help improve your current state of health.
This will include a recommended care plan and lifestyle changes that are tailored specifically to you.
Regular Chiropractic Adjustments
These are your regular visits to Chiro Instinct where our chiropractor will check your spine for any signs of subluxation (spinal misalignment).
They will perform the appropriate adjustment required to restore proper nervous system function, allowing you to function at your best.
