About the role

This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are exactly the same. You will be an important part of creating a positive experience for our clients, while helping the practice run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and looking after new and existing clients
• Managing appointments, phone calls, emails and general reception duties
• Processing payments and completing basic administration
• Keeping the practice organised, clean and welcoming
• Supporting the chiropractors and wider practice team
• Learning about chiropractic care and helping clients understand their care journey
• Assisting with community events, expos and practice activities

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, warm and genuinely enjoys working with people
• Passionate about health, wellness and helping others
• Confident with verbal and written communication
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Professional, honest, accountable and well presented
• Proactive, positive and willing to take initiative
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Energetic and enjoys being part of a positive, family-oriented environment
• Flexible to occasionally assist with events, expos and training, including some weekends

Experience in reception, administration, healthcare or customer service is an advantage, but not essential. We provide training and are more interested in finding the right person who brings personality, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
